The complete line is operated and controlled by a automation system, which enables customers to produce the pipes in hight quality.

Corrugator adopt advanced shuttle-type structure, rectangular working trail, easy and convenient to change and regulating forming moulds and the long forming stroke makes good forming effect of pipes. 5. Foming Mould (water cooling) is made of high quality aluminium alloy which possess good heat dispersion and hot corrosion resistence. Adopt advanced CNC processing technic to control precision strictly 6. Imported accumulator ensure working table back automatically and disengage forming mould from cooling mandrel when power off suddenly or other bugs happened. 7.
